This error indicates that an Infiniband management transaction timed out without receiving a response.
Things to try:
- Check that the subnet manager (e.g.
opensm) is running and responding to requests.
- Check the logs of the subnet manager.
- Use a tool such as
ib_madeyeto view management datagrams received by the subnet manager.
